Rory, I have been meaning to write you this letter for some time. I apologize for taking so long but as the old saying goes “better late than never”. A lame excuse, I know.
I want to thank you for the excellent work you did in my home, all the paint work on walls, ceilings and doors have brightened up my house and given it character. I appreciate your suggestions on colours and the quality of materials that you used. The hardwood floors that you finished look wonderful and still look like new.
Your work and workmanship has been admired by our many visitors.
So again, thank you very much Rory, you have in me a very satisfied customer. When I need further work that requires your skills I will not hesitate to call you.
To potential customers of Gibbons Painting I will say this. Rory quoted me a price, the starting date and the finishing date. He held to these agreements, showed up as expected on a daily basis, prepared and organized to do that day's work. There were some changes to the finishing date due to extra jobs I asked him to do and which he managed to fit into his schedule.
I recommend Gibbons Painting without hesitation or reservations. It is reassuring to know that there are still people who take pride in their work , verify that the customer is satisfied and still manage to do it at a reasonable cost.
